At the heart of this rotary machine is a top-of-the-line German-made Faulhaber DC micro-motor, delivering 2.6 Watts of output power and a no-load speed of 9900 rpm at 12 volts. This powerful motor enables the machine to run approximately at 125 cps at 12 volts, with a drop of 14 cps per volt reduction when fully loaded with needles. This ensures consistent performance, ideal for both lining and shading. The recommended operating range is between 9.5 to 10.5 volts for shading and 10.5 to 12 volts for lining, mimicking the speeds of coil liner and shader machines.

The machine also features a needle retention device that locks left and right for easy needle loading, with adjustable tension to suit your needs. The crankshaft-driven forward and rearward slides ensure smooth and precise operation. It comes equipped with an RCA power connection, and using a clip cord attachment will void the warranty, ensuring a reliable and secure power source.
