What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note, returned items must be in the exact same condition as when they were dispatched. If they are not, the item will be returned to you and an additional delivery charge will apply.

In the event that you receive a faulty product, please inform us within 14 days of receipt. We are committed to replacing or refunding faulty items at no additional cost to you. We may request images of the damage or the return of the item to validate the issue before processing your refund or replacement.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched yet. If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately to see if the order processing can be halted. However, once the order has been dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it. In this case, you would need to follow our return policy.
